You know when you press “play” on a song for the first time, and you start having flashbacks of summer days on the beach, with someone you’ve fallen in love with on that very beach, but with a retro film effect?

Hailing from Manila, Philippines, emerging indie rock artist and producer, Jorie Angelo hit the nail on the head with that vibe with his melodic, dreamy, mellow, earthy latest single, “Up In The Air”!

This warm song can chill you out in even the hottest summer climates, and is for the dreamers, the lovers, and can even warm the coldest, most jaded hearts out there!

Jorie Angelo primarily makes music from home, in which he draws influences from various genres from indie rock, dream pop, post-punk, bedroom pop, shoegaze, to soft rock, blues and rock music.

He started to write his own songs at the age of 15 as soon as he learned to play the guitar. He continued to learn, and hone his craft as a hobby through high school, college and even after graduation.

Now after over a decade of just being a hobbyist musician, he released his debut single “Up In the Air” independently which he recorded, produced and mixed from his home studio.
